Priscila Kurdian is a Chemical Engineer , having a Post Graduation in Intellectual Property Law. She has been working in the Patent areasince 2005, when she began her internship at Atem & Remer. Two years later, she worked at Momsen, Leonardos & Cia for 5 years and, then, she went to Di Blasi, Parente and Advogados Associados, where she worked for 6 years.
Priscila is a patent specialist with focus on chemical, mechanical and electrical fields, and she has been working with leading companies in several areas such as steel, chemical, petrochemical and cosmetics industries. Her experience encompasses all the prosecution of a patent application from the filing to the granting thereof, in Brazil and abroad, including carrying out searches for prior art documents, wording and filing of patent applications, control of deadlines before the BPO and foreign patent offices, and the preparation of responses to Official Actions, subsidies and oppositions. In addition, she has experience in consulting on patent law and in the preparation of opinions concerning the analysis of patentability and infringement, as well as providing technical support in nullity cases.
